Job Title: Powder Coat Line Worker - 2nd Shift
Location: 950 Green Valley Rd, Beaver Dam, WI 53916
Company: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
About Us: Ad-Tech Coating Solutions in Watertown, WI specializes in environmentally friendly finishing processes. Our advanced powder coating systems utilize biodegradable pretreatment chemistries and V.O.C and H.A.P free coatings to deliver highly durable, corrosion-resistant finishes on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Worker for our 2nd Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret work orders
  • Stage and prep parts prior to coating
  • Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line
  • Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep
  • Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
