We are looking for a Sorter - 3rd shift to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.
The Sorter is responsible for the accurate and timely sorting of SPIROL product. This sorting could take place on any of the sorting machines, or could be hand sorted. This person is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of the sorting area and the maintenance of the sorting machines as established in the Preventative Maintenance programs. The Sorter is responsible for proper line clearance of equipment. Insure all items in sorting area are properly identified with job numbers and tags indicating sorted or not sorted. Maintain all sorting equipment to the preventative maintenance schedules documented for each machine. Insure the sorting area is maintained in a clean and orderly manner, following the housekeeping plan documented for the area.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. repetitively
  • Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to multi-task
