Job description

Warehouse Sorters

Cardinal Staffing Services has an upcoming opportunity in Findlay, OH for Warehouse Sorters. As a Warehouse Sorter for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including sorting product, quality assurance, and inventory control. No experience is necessary! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.50/hour with room to grow) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shift - 1st shift (7AM to 3:30PM) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Sorter:

  • Count/weigh incoming product
  • Remove product from packaging
  • Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Sorter:

  • Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
