As a HumanResources Coordinator at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winningteam doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, andcomfort.

Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities

       Prepare employees byestablishing and conducting orientation and training programs

       Schedule and conductjob evaluations

       Maintain a pay plan byconducting periodic pay surveys

       Ensure planning,monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results

       Maintain employeebenefits programs and informs employees of benefits

       Maintain managementguidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policiesand procedures

       Preserve staff byrecruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

       Ensure legalcompliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements
