Job description

Proficient at command center duties. Monitor and report on CCTV for any abnormalities or security issues. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

  • Responsible for all command center duties and general patrol duties of the Officer position.
  • Certified and be able to perform CPR, First Aid and use of an AED. Certified Drug and Alcohol technician.
  • Providing clear concise information to supervisors, co-workers either by radio, written, electronic or in person.
  • Certified Drug and Alcohol technician.
  • Prepare and assist with physical audits, and research and recommend solutions.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrences. Perform investigative and follow up to all irregularities.
  • Patrol industrial and office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Must be able to work shift schedule of Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 8:00PM CST.

  • Able to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel. 
  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and specific instructions and procedures.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns, gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
