Job Description

The Miami, Florida office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding Medical Malpractice practice group. Are you a litigator but havenโ€™t had the chance to actively litigate? This is a very exciting opportunity to work with and learn from highly experienced HBS Med Mal litigators by actively participating in case development, trial strategy, and trying cases! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, preferably in Med Mal and with substantial personal trial advocacy experience. Highly experienced trial advocates in other complex litigation areas may be considered. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Florida Bar. Salary commensurate with experience (plus benefits).
