We’re seeking a Habilitation Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead and support our team delivering life-changing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State College, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven leader who thrives on developing people, driving outcomes, and improving lives.

What You’ll Do

As a Habilitation Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in both team development and client experience:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of habilitation professionals
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
