As a CNC Machinist/Tool Maker. You will be at the heart of our job shop environment, ensuring that our state-of-the-art HAAS and HURCO, machines operate efficiently and deliver precision-machined components. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, predominantly HAAS and HURCO, to produce high-precision parts.
- Program CNC machines using industry-standard software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches to determine setup and machining requirements.
- Select and install tooling and fixtures for each job, optimizing machine performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC machines.
- Ensure that finished components meet stringent quality standards through regular inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in as a CNC machinist in a job shop environment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
- Experience with HAAS and HURCO machining centers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
