What is H1B data?

H1B Data refers to information collected and reported about the H-1B visa program, which allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. This data typically includes details such as employer names, job titles, salaries, work locations, and case statuses for H-1B visa applicants. It is used by job seekers, researchers, and policymakers to analyze trends, transparency, and compliance within the H-1B program. Accessing H1B Data can help individuals understand common employers, salary ranges, and demand for specific roles among visa sponsors.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an H1B data analyst?

To thrive as an H1B Data Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and a relevant degree in fields like statistics, computer science, or economics. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is typically required.
