The Opportunity 

The Final Assembly Technician is a part of H-Wave's production department. You will play a vital role in the efficient and accurate production of our devices, that contribute to the well-being of our patients.

For over 40 years the H-Wave electronic stimulation device has been used to reduce medication usage, manage pain, and speed recovery from surgery or injury. We provide physicians in the worker's compensation, auto insurance, VA, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Final testing and assembly of device. 
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest H-Wave technologies and procedures.
  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures during installations and repairs.
  • Assist with other duties as needed 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A high school Diploma or GED required 
  • Good dexterity, excellent vision and steady hands 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Good organizational skills 
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow precise written and oral instructions
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).


Physical Requirements

This position is a mix of stationary standing/sitting as well as long periods of standing and walking throughout your workday. The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull boxes with weights up to 75 pounds. The ability to bend, squat, climb, and reach over your head. Repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
