THE ROLE
Night Pressure Wash Technicians execute commercial pressure washing jobs after hours - parking lots, drive-throughs, storefronts, loading docks, and building exteriors. • Complete post-job documentation in Housecall Pro before leaving each site
  • Load and unload equipment; maintain truck/trailer and equipment condition
  • Coordinate arrival/departure with site managers or on-call contacts as needed
  • Execute jobs to Shine's commercial service standard with minimal supervision
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
  • Comfort working independently and overnight on commercial sites
  • Physical capability: lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors, extended time on feet
  • High reliability - commercial clients depend on consistent, on-time service
  • Prior pressure washing or commercial cleaning experience preferred
COMPENSATION
  • Commission-based pay on pressure washing revenue (rate based on role tier)
  • Daily MAX(hourly floor, commission) rule - your floor is always protected
  • Night and commercial work generates consistent, repeatable volume
WHY SHINE

  • Night schedule works well alongside daytime responsibilities
  • Specialized skillset that increases your value and market rate
  • Growth path into lead roles on the commercial division
