Job description

We are seeking a Gutter Technician to become a part of our team! You will be a lead that is sent to 4-7 houses per day to clean gutters and assist with the installation and repair work from time to time.

Pay starts between $20-$25/hr plus 3-5% commission on new product/service sales

Responsibilities:

  • remove debris from gutter and put into a trash bag, sometime leaf blow
  • Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Track all equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to scale steep roofs with proper equipment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to talk with homeowner and sell
