Job description

Mid-State Truck is seeking a Shop Technician Mechanic/Installer to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the installation and repair of various Truck, Turf and Snow and Ice Equipment, on trucks of all size and purpose.


Responsibilities:(but not limited too)

  • Perform Repairs and Installation on all lines of Truck Equipment, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment and Turf Equipment.
  • Conduct Inspections and Maintenance on service trucks.
  • Collaborate with team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs and installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicle
  • Work well with others
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates for this Technician opening will have

  • Experience with Truck Equipment, Turf, Snow and Ice Removal Equipment is a plus and will be compensated.
  • Welding- Experience with Plasma and Torch
  • Experience with Truck Equipment, Turf, Snow and Ice Equipment is a plus and will be compensated.
  • Must have own tools
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical workload
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
