Key Improvements Made:

Removed Redundancy: The original text repeated the pay structure, raise policy, and full/part-time details three separate times. Consolidating them into dedicated sections keeps the reader engaged without scanning past repetitive text.

Smoothed the Location Advantage: Framed the location detail to highlight the ease of the neighborhood and the great local customer base, turning it into a distinct selling point.

Cleaned up the Local Reference: Left the immediate neighboring businesses intact to give clear context for where the shop sits, while removing the long list of distant breweries to keep the focus tight on the job location itself.
