Guest Services

From answering questions and assisting vendors to supporting the daily operations of the main office, you will play an important role in keeping the market running smoothly.

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused team member who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. If you are organized, approachable, and ready to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the market's main office while assisting with guest services, daily operational needs, and financial processes. You will work closely with market leadership and team members to help maintain accurate records, respond to guest and vendor needs, and ensure a professional and efficient office environment.

Administrative and Guest Services
  • Provide administrative support to market leadership.
  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and vendors by phone and radio.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the main office.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate service when necessary.
  • Process returned checks and maintain organized vendor files.
  • Assist with reports, correspondence, data entry, presentations, and other administrative projects.
  • Complete general computer, clerical, and office support tasks.
Cash Management and Financial Support
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Support daily deposits, change orders, and other routine financial transactions.
  • Balance the safe, petty cash, and assigned cash banks.
  • Check cash banks in and out accurately.
  • Prepare and complete deposits on market days.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all established cash-handling procedures.
