Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and professional Guest Relations Associate to provide exceptional customer service at funeral homes and centers. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring services run smoothly while offering comfort and assistance to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Provide directions, answer questions, and offer support to grieving families and attendees.
  • Monitor service areas to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment.
  • Assist with seating, floral arrangements, and program distribution.
  • Communicate effectively with funeral home staff to coordinate service details.

  • Operate basic electronic equipment such as telephones and photocopiers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, based on service needs.
  • Must be willing to travel to different locations.
  • Work flexible hours (mainly days) and be available to work Saturdays.
