What is a guest liaison?

Guest Liaisons are hospitality professionals responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for guests at hotels, resorts, or events. They serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating special requests. Their role often includes coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs and maintaining high standards of customer service. Guest Liaisons help create a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied throughout their stay.
