Location: Concord, NC
Status: Full-time 30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible
Schedule: 24/7 retail environment (days, nights, weekends, overnights)

What you’ll do
As the Guest Experience Manager, you’ll lead the Front of House (FOH) team and partner with the Store Manager to ensure strong daily execution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
  • Operational Leadership: Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Audit & Inspection Readiness: Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
  • Performance Results: Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).
What we’re looking for
  • High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
Preferred qualifications
  • Active ServSafe certification.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven and adaptable mindset.
