Job Description
Role Mission
The Gucci Flagship Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Store Director by managing operational and administrative tasks at the New York Fifth Avenue flagship store. This position embodies the brand's values and serves as a key ambassador, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and clients. The Flagship Administrator is responsible for various administrative functions, including onboarding, expense processing, and event management, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the completion of all in-store new hire onboarding tasks, including ordering employee uniforms and IT equipment.
  • Process Concur expenses for management in line with Gucci policies.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, and coordinate maintenance and service of office equipment.
  • Support daily cash handling processes, including auditing, reporting, and register opening/closing.
  • Assist management with after sales and operational procedures, including client inquiries, repairs, returns, exchanges, consignments, special orders, and eCommerce sales processing.
  • Administer all events, appointments, and in-store Client Engagement initiatives requiring third-party involvement.
  • Work closely with managers to audit, update, and maintain store schedules according to company guidelines.

Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Excellent mastery of administrative tools and essential software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, browsers, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform highly accountable work with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and compliance.
  • Proactive and positive approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Extremely well organized with acute attention to detail.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00/$27.00 hour.
