• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' mental health needs, gather detailed histories, and establish tailored treatment goals.
• Provide effective individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each student, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing social skills and emotional regulation among students.
• Work closely with educational staff, parents, and guardians to create a supportive environment that promotes student mental health and well-being.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in all aspects of practice.
• Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities to ensure best practices are followed in service delivery.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, encouraging trust and engagement in their own treatment journey.
• Provide crisis interventions and support services, empowering students to navigate challenges in their academic and personal lives.

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact by promoting a supportive learning environment and helping students develop resilience and coping strategies.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or adolescent-focused practice.
• Exceptional clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a keen sense of empathy and understanding for diverse populations.

• Previous experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents with depressive and anxiety-related issues.
• Familiarity with educational systems and the ability to collaborate with teachers and school administrators.
