Overview

The Manager of Enablement Effectiveness builds the measurement system and insight engine that powers seller effectiveness and enablement programs. This leader identifies winning behaviors through conversational intelligence technology, qualitative manager feedback, and analysis of critical KPIs. They also quantify the effect of onboarding, continuous learning, and certifications. They run a tight feedback loop with Enablement to turn insights into program improvements. Reporting to the Head of GTM Training and Enablement, this role partners with Sales leadership, GTM Strategy & Ops, Rev Tech & Tools, and GTM Analytics to drive adoption of best practices.


Responsibilities
  • Identify winning seller and manager behaviors via quantitative analysis of conversational intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong, Chorus) and qualitative observations; translate findings into actionable behaviors and recommendations
  • Quantify the impact of onboarding, continuous training, certifications, and product/launch programs using pre/post, cohort, and controlled experiments; publish insights and recommendations and work with GTM Strategy & Ops team to scale best practices
  • Run a consistent feedback loop with Enablement team leads; prioritize program changes, experiments, and new plays based on performance data
  • Partner with Rev Tech & Tools and GTM Analytics to instrument data capture (events, tagging, conversational intelligence connectors) and ensure data quality and documentation (data dictionary, taxonomy)
  • Lead and develop a small team of analysts
  • Create reporting package that will be presented/leveraged by the other GTM Enablement Leaders

Qualifications
  • - Required
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue analytics, sales/enablement analytics, or commercial operations.
  • 5 years of experience in conversation intelligence or enablement measurement at scale.
  • Proficiency with BI and data tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and SQL; familiarity with statistical methods for experiments (A/B testing, difference-in-differences, cohort analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence platforms (e.g. Gong, Chorus) and enablement/LMS tools (e.g. Highspot / Seismic, Lessonly / Docebo); Salesforce literacy.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommended actions for executives and front-line managers; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Track record partnering with Enablement leaders to improve onboarding, continuous learning, and launch effectiveness .
  • People leadership, comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • High integrity and disciplined approach to data governance.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $98,300 - $150,600 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
