Trusted by over 5,000 US hospitals and 15,000 clinical sites, PartsSource empowers providers and service organizations to maximize clinical availability for patient care and automates the procurement of parts, services and training through a unique digital experience.
PartsSource team members are deeply committed to our mission of Ensuring Healthcare is Always On®, which is foundational to our success and growth. Our vibrant culture is built upon aligned values, shared ownership, mutual respect, and a passion for collaborating to solve complex customer problems.
About the Job Opportunity
The Marketing Operations & AI GTM Leader owns the systems, data, workflows, and emerging AI capabilities that power PartsSource's marketing and commercial growth engine. This role combines marketing operations leadership, hands-on technology administration, business process design, and AI-enabled GTM transformation. You will ensure the marketing technology stack operates reliably today while helping PartsSource build a more intelligent, automated, and continuously learning go-to-market model. You'll work closely with Marketing, the GTM Engineer, RevOps, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, IT, Security, and Data teams to connect customer signals, improve targeting, automate execution, personalize engagement, and create feedback loops that improve GTM performance over time. This is an opportunity to help design how PartsSource senses customer demand, prioritizes accounts and buying groups, orchestrates engagement, and learns from commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
Marketing Technology Ownership & Administration
  • Own the day-to-day administration and reliability of Marketo, including campaigns, workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, forms, scoring models, properties, and integrations.
  • Manage system configuration, permissions, documentation, testing, release management, and change control.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on system enhancements, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they affect campaign execution, lead flow, reporting, or the customer experience.
  • Develop a scalable marketing technology architecture that supports demand generation, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and measurement.
  • Evaluate existing platform capabilities before introducing new tools, ensuring PartsSource maximizes value of Marketo, 6sense, CRM, advertising platforms, and other current investments.

AI GTM Roadmap & Workflow Transformation
  • Help develop and maintain the Marketing AI GTM roadmap, identifying where AI can improve productivity, customer engagement, targeting, decision-making, and commercial performance.
  • Map critical marketing workflows to identify manual work, disconnected data, delays, quality issues, and opportunities for intelligent automation.
  • Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, implementation complexity, data readiness, risk, and time to value.
  • Translate high-priority use cases into clear requirements, workflows, sprint plans, governance standards, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer and external partners to design, test, deploy, and scale AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Establish a phased approach that delivers immediate operational improvements while building toward a more connected AI GTM architecture.

Customer Signals, Shared Data & GTM Intelligence
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales Operations, and Data teams to create a trusted account- and contact-level view of customer activity.
  • Connect and operationalize signals from CRM, Marketo, 6sense, website behavior, advertising platforms, campaign engagement, sales activity, customer interactions, and third-party data.
  • Help define the data architecture, field mappings, taxonomies, and system relationships required to support connected customer journeys.
  • Develop the shared data and workflow foundation that allows AI systems to interpret customer context and recommend or initiate the next best action.
  • Ensure marketing data can be used consistently for segmentation, targeting, personalization, routing, reporting, and AI-enabled decision-making.

Campaign Execution & Continuous Optimization
  • Support the execution of demand generation, lifecycle, customer, and account-based marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Build reusable campaign templates, workflows, audience structures, QA processes, and reporting standards.
  • Enable automated experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, audiences, channels, and journeys.
  • Train marketers on test design, execution, interpretation, and application of findings.
  • Use AI and automation to improve campaign speed, consistency, personalization, and quality.
  • Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, buying-group coverage, pipeline, and revenue.

Lead Scoring, Intent & Buying-Group Coverage
  • Own the operational implementation and continuous improvement of lead, contact, account, and intent scoring models.
  • Support the evolution from MQL-centric measurement toward account engagement, buying-group coverage, opportunity readiness, and next-best-action models.
  • Operationalize engagement-based and intent-driven workflows aligned with PartsSource's ABM and enterprise growth strategies.
  • Use AI and analytics to identify meaningful patterns across engagement, intent, opportunity progression, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure prioritization models are transparent, explainable, actionable, and trusted.

AI Agents, Automation & Orchestration
  • Design and manage human-in-the-loop workflows that combine marketer judgment with AI-assisted execution.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer to develop agents, copilots, prompts, knowledge sources, validation processes, and workflow automations.
  • Define when AI may recommend, draft, execute, escalate, or require human approval.
  • Ensure agents have access to accurate, current, and approved customer, product, brand, and performance information.
  • Create reusable standards for prompt design, agent instructions, testing, exception handling, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.

Data Governance, Quality & AI Readiness
  • Enforce campaign taxonomy, UTM standards, naming conventions, lifecycle definitions, and data-entry requirements.
  • Monitor data completeness, accuracy, consistency, duplication, and usability.
  • Identify and resolve data issues that affect targeting, reporting, personalization, routing, or AI performance.
  • Coordinate with the GTM Data Engineer and Data teams on schema changes, integrations, enrichment, normalization, and data requirements.
  • Maintain system documentation, field maps, workflow diagrams, runbooks, business rules, and process standards.

AI Governance, Risk & Quality Control
  • Develop practical AI governance standards for Marketing in partnership with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, and Data teams.
  • Define approved tools, use cases, data sources, access controls, review requirements, and escalation procedures.
  • Build validation and quality-control processes for AI-generated content, insights, scoring, routing, and recommendations.
  • Ensure appropriate human oversight for customer-facing communications and commercially significant decisions.
  • Monitor AI workflows for accuracy, bias, inconsistency, data leakage, hallucinations, and unintended outcomes.
  • Balance speed and experimentation with the standards required for a healthcare technology company.

Measurement & Business Impact
  • Create measurement frameworks for both traditional marketing operations and AI GTM initiatives.
  • Develop business cases for new technology, automation, data, and AI investments; quantify anticipated value before implementation.
  • Use performance data to determine which workflows should be scaled, redesigned, or retired.
  • Build feedback loops so campaign and commercial outcomes improve future scoring, targeting, content, and engagement decisions.

Enablement, Adoption & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Train marketers on systems, AI tools, workflows, testing methods, governance, and best practices.
  • Help team members understand how AI can improve their work rather than operate as a disconnected technology initiative.
  • Create hands-on learning opportunities, workflow labs, use-case workshops, and experimentation programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for marketing system troubleshooting and operational guidance.
  • Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work and allow teams to focus on strategy, creativity, and commercial outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Data, IT, Security, and external technology partners.
  • Create clear ownership and operating cadences for cross-functional GTM workflows.
  • Drive adoption by making new tools and processes practical, accessible, measurable, and easy to use.
