As aSolution Consultantyou will partner with sales and customers across the sales process to align our product with customer goals anddemonstrateproductvalue through targeted solutioning.

You will become an expert on bothour core product and our expanding AI capabilities, developing persona-driven messaging and GTM strategies alongside delivering customized demos. You will also support sales enablement and broader GTM efforts by developing core materials and incorporatingperformanceinsights into messaging and positioning.

You will work closely with cross-functional GTM teams in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product and funding.

• Createand delivertailored, high-impact demos and presentationsthat map products – including ourAI tools – to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes
• Partner with sales teams toidentifyand prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing products
• Build andmaintaincore GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows,battlecards/competitor intelligence)to ensure consistentproduct positioningaligned with company strategy
• Analyze GTM performance (consistency ofproduct messaging, win/loss trends, engagement)to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvements
• Enable sales through product training and hands-on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall dealstrategy

• Can understand and communicate complex ideas: you should be tech-savvy asyou’llbe expected to understand nuanced aspects of the product and be able to communicatecomplex ideasin a straightforward way
• Learn quickly and apply an entrepreneurial mindset: you proactivelyidentifyopportunities and drive innovative solutions, particularly as we launch new products andfeature
• Areabusiness presentation expert: you have a proven ability to create engaging,consulting-gradebusinesspresentationsthat tell acompellingstory
• Have strong client-facingskillsand think commercially: youshould becomfortableat presenting in frontofaudiencesandskilled at incorporating a value perspective
• Areoutcomeoriented: we strive forthe bestresults,andwevalue outcomes. Expect no arbitrarydue dates,unproductivemeetings, or inefficient layers of managementthatwillimpede you fromproducinggreat work
• Are bilingual (Spanish + English) and have experience working with global teams

• 3-5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or have strong product background. We're looking for someone who can understand a product in detail, present it to customers, and think strategically about commercialization
• Bachelorsdegree in relevant field of study,MBA from a top-tier program is a plus
• Strongexpertisein PowerPoint, including ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences
• Spanishlanguageproficiencyisrequired: you will engage directly with Spanish-speaking customers and markets, including leading calls and presentations to large audiences in Spanish
• Hybrid: Onsite Denver office3 days per week (Tues – Thurs)
• Travel: 2x year Berlin, Germany

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 115-150 k OTE USD per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. asdeterminedthrough the selection process. Any think-cell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. think-cell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
