The Technology Product Manager acts astheproductowner for the Wolters Kluwer CLC BusinessFilingsSolutions product, collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complexfunctionalneedsinto scalable, highqualityproductsolutions that meet customer andbusinessexpectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TheTechnical Product Manageris responsible for owning theend-to-endprioritization andexecution forthe product backlog, driving product delivery, and partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, high- quality releases.

  • Enable AI-driven development:Leverage AI/automation to enhance requirements definition, accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, and drive intelligentworkflow and product capabilities

  • Use data to drive product decisions:Define and monitor product success metrics using Pendo, analyze platform performance and adoption, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the roadmap, improve customer outcomes, and maximize business impact.

  • Own end-to-end delivery:Translate product strategy andfunctionalrequirements into clear user stories; partner with engineering to driveagile execution:backlog prioritization, sprint planning, iteration themes, and acceptance of completed workacrossmultiple scrum teams.

  • Technical depth:Act as a technical SME for customer account, partner and vendor discussions,across systems and integrations.

  • Cross-functional alignment:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand endtoend workflows and customer impact. Drive alignment across business, PMO,Technology,and GTM teams to ensure product enhancements andimprovementsscale effectively, with clear priorities, commitments, and delivery timelines. Recognizethat even small changes can significantly impact large teams.

  • Customer-centric execution:Represent the customer voice throughout the product lifecycle by incorporating customer insights, usage data, and feedback into backlog prioritization and delivery decisions to ensure solutions meet real customer needs and deliver measurable value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development within enterprise environments

  • Familiarity and experience with Spec Driven Development is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience

  • Ability to work US East Coast Hours.

  • Proven ability to operate in distributed, matrixed organizations with strong crossfunctional collaboration

  • Experience applying AI and automation in product development to enhance requirements definition, accelerate delivery, or enable intelligent product capabilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, driving delivery from concept through release

  • Proficiency with software development and product analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar)

  • Preferred: Experience working with service operations/workflows, customer interactions, and/or scalable platforms.

TRAVEL

  • Ability to travel as needed (<10%)

*This is a hybrid role requiring at least eight in-office days per month at a Wolters Kluwer office located within 50 miles of your home. The successful candidate must be available to work East Coast hours.*

Compensation:

$94,200.00 - $164,450.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
