About the Role

Founding GTM Engineer to redesign EliseAI's revenue systems by embedding AI into go-to-market workflows. Lead discovery, prototyping, and end-to-end implementation of automation and AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, and Recruiting.

Job Description Role

EliseAI is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to redesign revenue systems and embed AI into go-to-market workflows. You’ll identify AI opportunities, build prototypes and production solutions, and lead rollouts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner cross-functionally to map and understand GTM processes.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation and augmentation for GTM workflows with attention to accuracy and scalability.
  • Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, training, and measurement.
  • Track performance, adoption, and ROI; iterate on systems based on results.
  • Continuously experiment with emerging tools and approaches to push GTM innovation forward.
  • Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a technical or operations role with experience improving or automating workflows using code and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Practical experience pushing and pulling data across systems via APIs and webhooks.
  • Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1 (experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
  • Hands-on experience with, or deep empathy for, GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, recruiting).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Compensation
  • Salary range: $100,000-$190,000 base. Final compensation is determined by experience, skill level, location, and qualifications and is part of a total rewards package including equity and benefits.
