Job description

The GTM (Go-To-Market) Architect is a strategic and consultative role on the Cambria Digital Transformation Team. This person provides technical guidance and strategic direction to design, integrate, and optimize the software systems fueling our revenue engine. The role is responsible for the planning, analysis, and architectural definition of future capabilities across our Go‐To‐Market technology stack, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success. The GTM Architect owns the "how" of solution delivery and collaborates with Product Managers, Revenue Operations leaders, Developers, and business stakeholders to break down organizational silos. They define technical approaches that solve business problems—such as fixing data flow issues between CRMs, building robust marketing/sales data pipelines, and implementing marketing attribution models—to drive measurable growth and sales efficiency. As a strategist, the GTM Architect is responsible for creating key technical deliverables, including system context diagrams, integration blueprints, and workflow automation designs. The architect works closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, optimize lead routing, and provide guidance to engineering teams during regular stand‐ups to resolve ambiguity. They also ensure strict compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while defining and maintaining a long‐term technology roadmap that shapes the strategic revenue direction of Cambria. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Solution Design & Strategy: Collaborate with agile teams to design GTM stack and CRM solutions across the revenue engine. Translate Business Requirements: Convert business requirements into technical designs and actionable user stories. Documentation: Create clear visual and written blueprints (including ERDs, system context, and data diagrams) that provide technical guidance and business context for development teams. Communication & Leadership: Provide direct technical leadership to stakeholders and teams; advise leadership on process improvements and serve as the expert on RevOps data initiatives. Mentorship: Mentor developers, offering direct guidance on technical issues and complex work items. Adaptability: Navigate ambiguity by making fast, informed decisions, identifying risks, and providing clear mitigation strategies. Continuous Learning: Stay current with MarTech, SalesTech, and AI automation trends, sharing best practices with the team. Qualifications & Skills Platform Expertise: Extensive experience architecting Salesforce and CRM platforms, focusing on advanced automation (Flows), custom development, CI/CD pipelines, and native data integrations. Technical Acumen: Deep experience managing the GTM customer data lifecycle across critical platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and Salesforce Data Cloud. Architectural Experience: Hands‐on experience with event‐driven architecture, API integrations, real‐time data pipelines, and enterprise messaging. Methodology: Proven experience in Agile environments using lifecycle management tools like Jira. Communication: Strong ability to translate complex GTM technical architecture into clear business value for developers, business stakeholders, and executives. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 10+ years delivering solutions leveraging out‐of‐the‐box functionality as well as building customized solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud cloud tools. Systems: Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Git, Gearset; understanding of .Net services, Kafka, Snowflake. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally; may need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally; prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel Requirements: May be required to travel between Cambria locations. Compensation and Benefits Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $146,000 - $191,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job‐related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
