Our One Sanofi Leadership Development Program (LDP) develops a leadership pipeline of early top talent. The Program provides in-depth experiential learning over three years through three commercial or related functional rotations, with the opportunity to work across both US and Global teams. Participants select one track aligned to a Sanofi business unit โ€” Specialty Care, Vaccines, or General Medicines โ€” and remain within that same business unit/track for the entirety of the three-year program, gaining deep, focused expertise while rotating through strategic, challenging, and meaningful functional assignments that make a real impact in the lives of patients around the globe.

Your first rotation will be in Sales, providing a foundational, field-based understanding of our commercial engine and customer relationships โ€” this rotation may require relocation. Additional rotations will be based at your business unit's headquarters: Specialty Care (Cambridge, MA) or General Medicines and Vaccines (Morristown, NJ). Placement, including specific location and functional assignment, is determined based on business needs. Main Responsibilities:

Following your Sales rotation, subsequent rotations will be mapped to strategic commercial and related functions within your selected business unit/track, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Market Access, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, China & International, and the Office of the EVP. Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Develop long-term strategic view of disease area portfolio

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a brand strategy and the tactical plan to support it

  • Support the team with the development of the optimal pricing strategy across indications for brands

  • Refine the assessment of the price potential in individual indications; conduct research on pricing strategies in major markets

  • Budget and Strat-Plan coordination, including Leadership team presentations

  • Build materials and provide support for internal governance reviews

  • Identify and communicate best practices across markets and functions

  • Develop, track, and be responsible for programs, tactics, and key performance metrics for a brand

  • Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics

  • Contribute to various analytical and strategic projects (e.g., pricing, market models, forecasting)

  • Drive business development activities, including: diligence, modeling, business case development, company or market research, deal negotiation, etc.

  • Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • MBA degree

  • 3 years of work experience, ideally in a relevant area to Health (i.e. biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, finance, science, marketing, sales, operations, healthcare consulting, strategy, investment banking etc.)

  • Must be willing and able to relocate โ€” Sales will be your first rotation and may require relocation, with additional rotations based at your business unit's headquarters (Specialty Care: Cambridge, MA; General Medicines and Vaccines: Morristown, NJ), determined based on business needs
