Job Title: Senior Manager - Knowledge Management for Medical Affairs 

Duration: 14+ Months

Location: Cambridge, MA

Responsibilities: 

Gathering end user requirements from key stakeholders and review of technical specifications for information governance in partnership with IT, maintaining of critical functionality of the CRM platform to ensure uninterrupted access by HCPs to company product information; 

Creation and maintenance of all metrics and analytic tools necessary for supporting GMA decision making and maintenance of the content management system used by Worldwide Medical. 

Coordinate development activities for the content management system with the business teams and the IT teams. 

Coordinate development activities for the medical information management system with the business team and the IT teams. 

Coordinate configuration of the affiliate medical information management system with the IT teams and the affiliates. 

Coordinate development of the telephony systems with the business team and the vendor. 

Coordinate activities to ensure that all data from all systems used by medical information is archived within the commercial data warehouse. 

Setup the infrastructure for Tableau reports based on the KPI needs. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

BS/BA or equivalent 

Advanced computer skills and experience in Sales force, web based inquiry database like Service Cloud, Veeva products like Vault, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite software, and Endnotes software 

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Medical Information or Medical Affairs organization. 

Understanding of developmental lifecycle of software. 

Minimum of 1-3 year experience in Sales Force, Service Cloud, and Veeva Vault.

Project management expertise with focus on driving for results and sense of urgency 

Minimum of 7-10 years clinical data systems experience working in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry 

Experience applying best practices in application development to the clinical trial environment, including requirements definition and QC plans 

Aware of current global regulatory guidelines relevant to Clinical Data Management, as well as related Pharma Development SOPs, guidelines and Best Practices. 

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the drug development process and data management process. 

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical data systems preferred. 

General software skills: Lotus Notes, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, Business Objects, SQL 

Preferred: 

Technical programming experience preferred. 

Established track record of innovation and creativity in data management solutions 

Understanding of call center support models
