Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day delivery of chargeback processing and membership management operations for multiple Life Sciences manufacturer clients, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and month-end close deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle: claim intake and validation, contract and price eligibility verification, adjudication, dispute and rebill resolution, and reconciliation to sales and accrual data.
  • Manage membership and roster operations, including GPO, IDN, 340B, and federal customer eligibility, class of trade assignment, member add / change / termination processing, and indirect customer master data integrity.
  • Review and approve high-dollar, aged, and exception-based chargeback claims and disputes, and lead root cause analysis to reduce recurring errors and revenue leakage.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for the sub-service line, leading status meetings, reporting on KPIs and service metrics, managing escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand service.
  • Partner with Gross-to-Net, Government Pricing, Medicaid, and Managed Care teams so that chargeback and membership data supports accurate accruals, restatements, and government price reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of chargeback and membership workflows, working with technology teams to implement system enhancements, exception reporting, and analytics.
  • Support solutioning, scoping, and proposal development for new Chargebacks & Membership Management pursuits, and lead onboarding and transition for new clients.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in Life Sciences chargebacks, membership and roster management, contract administration, or a related Gross-to-Net revenue management function
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, or leading a team and managing delivery against defined SLAs and quality metrics
  • Working knowledge of the chargeback lifecycle, including claim validation, dispute and rebill processing, and reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of membership eligibility and class of trade concepts across GPO, IDN, 340B, and federal customer channels
  • Hands-on experience with a revenue management or contract management platform (Model N, Revitas/Flex, SAP Vistex, Oracle, or comparable)
  • Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to research pricing and eligibility discrepancies and clearly explain findings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to and advising client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experience delivering chargebacks or membership management within a Managed Services, BPO, or outsourced operations model
  • Familiarity with the EDI transaction sets used in chargeback and membership processing (844, 845, 849, 867)
  • Experience with 340B duplicate discount prevention and HRSA OPAIS roster validation
