  • Advocate fiercely for clientsโ€™ rights, facilitating their access to essential community resources, support services, and crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, following organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on clients receiving hospice care, many of whom may be experiencing significant emotional distress related to terminal illness, loss, and grief. You will work with a diverse population that includes adults of varying backgrounds, each bringing unique circumstances and emotional needs. A thoughtful, culturally competent approach to care delivery is essential.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or mental health.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, ethical practice, and client advocacy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in hospice or end-of-life care.
  • Certification(s) in evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, or other therapeutic modalities.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in virtual environments.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload considerations. Additionally, we recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible work schedule. Other benefits include:

  • Opportunities for professional advancement and growth within the organization.
  • A collaborative and nurturing work environment with regular peer consultations and clinical supervision.
  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • Access to a robust network of professionals for referrals and collaborative care strategies.
  • Continuing education reimbursement to support ongoing professional development and licensure renewal.
  • Autonomy in your practice, with the ability to tailor treatment approaches based on clinical expertise and client needs.
