Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual, in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas of need.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
• Advocate passionately for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes using established electronic health record systems.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical competencies and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
