About Us
We are a premier services company specializing in the marine environment and seasonal logistics. We pride ourselves on quality service, strong team values, and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers throughout the year.

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Parts and Service Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and coordinate logistics to support field crews and seasonal demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Equipment Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory of seasonal inventory, hardware, and accessories.
    • Assist in evaluating preseason inventory and order supplies for the next season.
    • Oversee and plan for incoming shipments, returns, and outgoing equipment for service crews.
    • Implement labeling, storage, and tracking systems to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Manage daily warehouse activities including organization, safety, cleanliness, and layout optimization.
    • Coordinate preparation of equipment for installations, removals, and off-season storage.
    • Develop and update warehouse SOPs and seasonal readiness processes.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and schedule warehouse staff and seasonal labor.
    • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Field Service teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Train team members on equipment handling, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Plan and stage loads for daily dispatch to job sites.
    • Assist with fleet and equipment readiness — trailers, forklifts, tools, and vehicles.
    • Support consignment intake, quality control, and equipment inspection processes.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (marine or construction industry a plus).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems or software (CRM experience is beneficial).
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and work in fast-paced, seasonal environments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and seasonal performance bonuses
  • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding marine services company
  • Supportive, team-focused work culture
  • Seasonal schedule flexibility (off-peak winter planning/maintenance)

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Strong communicator
  • Enjoys working with hands-on equipment and logistics
