Job Description:
The All Source Intelligence Analyst performs tasks and meets deadlines required to support the United States Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) G-2, G-22 Team Lead, Uniformed Team Lead, Site Lead, and assigned mentor through managing and driving of analytic requirements for the Area of Responsibility (AOR). All Source Intelligence Analyst (Mid) shall integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT. Continuously monitor reporting and threat streams throughout a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR) and produce predictive and current finished intelligence products and coordinate all analytical products for dissemination.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Produce, review, and edit assessments, reports, briefings, threat analyses, and special studies
  • Provide force disposition and tracking, maintaining, and updating common battle space awareness and the common intelligence picture
  • Focuses expertise on a specific AOR ensuring advantageous support to collection efforts and resource utilization in the area
  • Utilize the full range of IC resources and products to identify exploitable vulnerabilities to achieve objectives
  • Utilize essential intelligence data to recognize gaps, generate calculated assessments and fulfill Priority Intelligence Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be graduate of a US Government basic intelligence MOS/AFSC/Rate awarding training course Possess five-years’ intelligence experience
  • Experience compiling, segregating, evaluating, researching, interpreting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT
  • Working level knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems and libraries
  • Full understanding of the intelligence cycle and collection fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination of products
  • Excellent written communication, all-source research, data evaluation and analytic skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material
  • Ability to work within a flexible team environment with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with all levels of project support staff and stakeholders
