Responsibilities:
Manage capital projects in accordance with the organization's project management policy
Contractor/construction coordination and supervision with an emphasis on safety
Organize and drive Asheville's utility project prioritization with an emphasis on sustainability
Support production capacity efforts through application of automation and robotics
Understanding the technical aspects of the production processes
Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); other disciplines acceptable based upon work experience
5-10 years in a manufacturing environment
3-5 years of capital project management or participation
PMP or CAPM certification (preferred)
