As a Group Housing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting group bookings, ensuring flawless reservation processes, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do


  • Maintain and accurately input group block information in Delphi, OnQ R&I, PEP, and Passkey.
  • Build group masters and process all group rooming lists, reservations, VIP requests, and billing setups.
  • Communicate daily with internal departments, group contacts, and housing bureaus to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Monitor group pickup, release rooms as needed, and update all relevant systems with changes.
  • Prepare and review reports, including rooming lists, pickup summaries, attrition details, and post-convention reports.
  • Attend resume, pre-con, and sales meetings, providing necessary documentation and updates to stakeholders.

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with hotel systems such as CI/TY, Marsha, PMS, Delphi, or GroupMax is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and guests.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
