Group housing coordinators are professionals who manage reservations and accommodations for groups at hotels, resorts, or similar venues. They act as liaisons between the group clients and the property, ensuring all room blocks, special requests, and event needs are met efficiently. Their responsibilities include negotiating rates, organizing room assignments, handling billing, and coordinating communication between departments. This role is key to ensuring group stays run smoothly and that guests have a positive experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a group housing coordinator, and why are they important?
