Group Home Manager — Full-Time

Location: Peoria, AZ (Main Cross Streets: N 76th Lane & W Jomax Rd)

Organization: Divine Group Management

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am- 3:00 PM | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

Divine Group Management LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Home Manager to oversee a residential program supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and compassion. The Group Home Manager ensures daily operations run smoothly, maintains compliance with DDD standards, and fosters a supportive environment that promotes dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities
    1. Oversee and manage all daily operations of the group home
    2. Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
    3. Ensure compliance with all DDD and agency policies
    4. Provide direct care assistance as needed, including support with daily living activities
    5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation (progress notes, incident reports, medication records, etc.)
    6. Coordinate residents’ appointments, transportation, and community activities
    7. Communicate professionally with staff, guardians, and support coordinators
    8. Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment for residents
    9. Participate in audits, inspections, and staff meetings as required
    10. Foster teamwork, accountability, and a person-centered culture
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must hold a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
  • 23 years of management or supervisory experience (preferably in a DDD or behavioral health setting)
  • Must be willing to allow Divine Group Management LLC to contact past employers for reference verification
