Specifically, you will be responsible for:
  • Serving as a senior strategic advisor to clients, eloquently articulating our point of view on digital business, membership, loyalty marketing, e-commerce, and personalization-keeping clients informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer expectations
  • Leading membership acquisition and retention strategy, including the development of programs that deepen customer relationships, extend to new audiences, increase lifetime value, and drive sustained growth through data-driven engagement
  • Scaling personalization efforts across the business, partnering with strategy, data, media, technology, and creative teams to operationalize personalization at speed and at scale across channels
  • Building and growing trusted, senior-level client relationships, with the credibility to influence decision-makers and the business acumen to connect marketing initiatives to commercial impact
  • Developing insight-driven, integrated marketing programs that balance brand and performance objectives, leveraging expertise across media, CRM, e-commerce, and emerging digital experiences
  • Driving a performance-oriented culture, setting clear goals and expectations, using data and measurement to assess impact, drive performance insights and optimize work. And driving an experimentation agenda that delivers measurable results.
  • Delivering compelling client presentations, providing recommendations that are concise, actionable, and grounded in both strategic insight and measurable outcomes
  • Connecting clients to broader agency intellectual capital, bringing best practices, frameworks, and proven approaches-particularly in loyalty, personalization, and customer experience-to every engagement
  • Owning client financials, including forecasts, budgets, scopes of work, and investments, and overseeing all legal and contractual processes
  • Developing and inspiring talent, coaching senior leaders and rising stars, identifying skill gaps and upskilling talent, and building a high-performing, diverse team-including openness to non-traditional and client-side talent profiles
  • Demonstrating strong corporate citizenship, through active participation in company initiatives, learning forums, and leadership communities, serving as a member of the Digitas Boston Senior Leadership Team and the Digitas Global Network
  • Willingness to travel as needed-you're open to new places, new perspectives, and new ideas

Qualifications

  • A demonstrated passion for marketing, customer experience, and loyalty, with a history of delivering work that drives both brand strength and business performance.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital, CRM, loyalty, or customer experience leadership-including agency experience and strong exposure to, or experience within, client-side organizations.
  • A refined understanding of how marketing, creative, strategy, media, technology, data, and analytics work together to power personalization and performance
  • Deep knowledge of loyalty, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing, with experience applying data and insights to influence strategy and execution
  • Superior analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with comfort operating at the C-suite level
  • Extensive marketing expertise across channels, including mobile, social, and emerging digital platforms
  • A proven ability to grow and deepen existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for expansion
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, particularly for ideation, research, personalization, and content development
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
