This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to build a career in account service, client relations, marketing, and advertising. You will work closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, creative teams, media teams, public relations professionals, digital strategists, and clients to help ensure projects move smoothly from concept through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do


As an Account Coordinator, you will serve as a key support resource for both clients and internal teams, helping ensure projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear throughout the process.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting Account Executives and Account Directors with day-to-day client service activities
  • Assisting with project coordination, timelines, schedules, and status updates
  • Participating in client meetings and preparing meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up documentation
  • Helping coordinate communication between clients and internal departments including creative, media, digital, PR, production, and web development
  • Monitoring project progress and helping ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting with proposal preparation, presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
  • Supporting quality control and review processes before deliverables are sent to clients
  • Maintaining organized project records, files, and documentation
  • Helping facilitate extraordinary communication across all project stakeholders
  • Learning client businesses, industries, objectives, and marketing strategies
