Job description

Facilities & Grounds Manager

is responsible for ensuring that all guest lodging, event buildings, hospitality spaces, and surrounding grounds are clean, functional, safe, and fully prepared for visitors and programs. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction by supporting event operations, building turnover, and site readiness while performing light to minor maintenance tasks.

The Facilities & Grounds Manager supports public and private events through setup and breakdown, coordinates building and space turnovers, monitors facility conditions, and assists with seasonal projects and improvements. This position also provides day-to-day direction to seasonal support staff during event runs and peak activity periods.
