Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sierra Vista

Join our growing team in the Sierra Vista area and make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with GreenLight ABA, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide personalized ABA therapy to children with ASD.

About the Role:

As an RBT with GreenLight ABA, you will be responsible for conducting 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old. You will implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA, and support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change.

Requirements:
  • Active RBT certification or BT experience in providing ABA therapy with children
  • Passionate and reliable individual who enjoys working with children and families
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check
