What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies aimed at cost reduction, improved efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control, reduce carrying costs, and maintain material availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow throughout the plant.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is preferred due to international communication.
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus).

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $65k -$100k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
