The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a positive, energetic, and experienced Youth Development Site Director to lead our child-care and camp programs at the various YMCA locations in the Greater Richmond area. This position will not be the Director at just one location. We are seeking a candidate interested in floating between several locations, building relationships and changing lives wherever they go! This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is excited to help children grow, learn, and feel supported every day.What You'll DoAs the Youth Development Site Director, you'll play a vital role in shaping high-quality programming and building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and school partners.
