Description To provide direct entry of hardcopy and/or electronically received data for all admissions information submitted to Lamar University. Interpret information contained on documents sent to the university, making correct judgments to determine proper classification and placement of the information. Enter, prepare, and file all admissions applications, transcripts, and documents, including, but not limited to, applications for admissions, ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT, GED, TSI, TAKS, and STAAR Scores, high school transcripts, college transcripts, and inquiry correspondence.

Review reports that update electronically submitted data, verifying correctness or making necessary corrections for the system. Physical Requirements: With or without accommodation: Works in an office environment for 6 to 8 hours Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment that does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements. Occasional lifting, pushing, climbing, and pulling may be required. The work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks.
