This is a full-time on-site position located in Toppenish, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!

Requirements


Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Place, align, level, and attach equipment on production lines based on specifications, blueprints, or other documents, ensuring compliance and appropriate tolerances;
  • Perform vibration analysis and anchors equipment.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and equipment failures;
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs;
  • Assemble, test, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures;
  • Dismantle, repair, replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as gears, brushes, and armatures. Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.

Competencies:

  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and technical manuals;
  • Basic hydraulic skills, understanding of production equipment and ability to use tick, cutting, and wire welding equipment;
  • Understanding of safety protocols, Lock Out/Tag Out processes, and other mechanical safety processes;
  • Strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 4 to 6 years electrical and machine experience
  • Technical school or skilled trade program preferred.
