At SpeedPro Windy City, we create visual experiences that change the world. We help businesses bring ideas to life through large-format graphics, fleet wraps, wall murals, floor graphics, and signage you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas across Chicagoland.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our team on an on-call basis. This is not a guaranteed-hours position, we call when we need you, typically with a few days notice. Ideal for someone who values flexibility over a fixed schedule and wants supplemental income without a rigid commitment. For the right person, this role has potential to grow into a set schedule and full-time position as business needs evolve.
Tasks
  • Support printing and production workflow
  • Prepare, finish, and pack printed materials (cutting, weeding, laminating, mounting)
  • Receive and organize incoming material deliveries
  • Maintain a clean work environment and organized inventory
  • Assist with quality checks on finished products
  • Pack, label, and prep orders for shipping or delivery
  • Install simple vinyl graphics
  • Learn to operate large-format printers, laminators, and plotters over time

Requirements
