Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the brand identity of our firm through the creation of both digital and print materials. This includes designing brochures, logos, posters, infographics, advertisements, website elements, videos, and social media content. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will collaborate on the firm’s RFQ (Request for Qualifications) pursuits, presentation materials, and qualifications packages, ensuring that all deliverables showcase our expertise and experience. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Brand Identity Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive and engaging brand identity across all company materials. 
  • Design Creation: Design a wide range of materials including brochures, posters, logos, infographics, advertisements, and presentations for both digital and print platforms. 
  • Collaboration on RFQs: Work closely with teams to create compelling visual materials for RFQ submissions, proposals, and client presentations. 
  • Qualifications Packages: Design engaging qualifications packages that effectively showcase the firm’s expertise and experience to potential clients. 
  • Digital Media Creation: Produce graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards. 
  • Video Production: Assist with the creation of video content, from storyboarding to final edits, to communicate messages in a dynamic and visually compelling way. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and project managers, to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals. 
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. 
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills (digital, print, branding). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. 
  • Experience creating materials for both digital and print formats. 
  • Familiarity with web design and video editing is a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
