Job description

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you would give Moore's marketing visual imagery that inspires, informs, and compels our target audiences (largely nonprofit marketing professionals). The media would include digital ads, websites, print materials, presentations, branding, videos, and more. You will also ensure the design team promotes the Moore brand through high-quality deliverables in a timely and effective manner.

Your Impact:

  • Creates and designs print and digital collateral, including templates for design novices to customize.
  • Creates and designs video and audio marketing assets, especially for digital, social, and CTV ads.
  • Develops superior visual and messaging content from concepting to execution and delivery.
  • Supports executives and salespeople with print and digital sales materials.
  • Helps develop and execute the visual identity of Moore.
  • Creates the design of RFP responses and pitch decks.
  • Meets all timelines and deliverables for project schedules.
  • Ensures project results are high quality and on schedule.
  • Manages multiple projects and prioritizes them effectively.
  • Works with a wide variety of media and software applications
  • Acts as part of a corporate marketing team.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant design topic or
  • 3+ years of executing creative designs.
  • Knowledge of or work for nonprofits, agencies, and/or production environments a plus
  • Understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and current design and advertising trends
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with AI generation tools, HTML, CSS, and/or WordPress preferred
  • Basic knowledge of identity and branding required; experience conceptualizing and designing logos for organizations and brands preferred
  • Experience designing RFP responses is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management software, especially Workfront, preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital and social media design
  • Strategic thinking and creative skills
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
  • Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals
