Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to take what you've studied in school and use it in the "real world"? Do you want to add a paid internship with a marketing agency to your resume?
If you said "yes" to that and you're passionate about graphic design, then we have the internship for you.
FatCat Strategies is looking for a bright, motivated intern to add to our graphic design team. We're looking for a self-starter who is passionate about digital and print media. Successful candidates will enjoy building relationships, and love sharing what they create.
We need someone who works quickly and efficiently but takes pride in producing high-quality, exciting products. Communication is key with our team. We have a trusting and flexible work culture, but it comes with responsibility, so you'll need to be the type of worker who is disciplined enough to get things done without someone watching over your shoulder. We are looking for someone to bring great ideas to the table and be unafraid to ask questions.
You will:
  • Experience a different workflow every day
  • Work with our team to create unique graphics that highlight our clients
  • Brainstorm to create interesting content for clients
  • Work openly and effectively with the other designers
  • Handle constructive design feedback well and use it to improve your skills

Requirements
You should have some or all of the following attributes:
  • Experience with Canva, Canva for Teams
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Preferred experience with Audition, After Effects, and Premiere but not required.
  • Detail-oriented
  • A love for custom typography
  • Ability to translate creative ideas within given parameters
  • Demonstrable technical and analytical skills

Benefits
This is a paid internship. Based on skill level, we're offer $15-$21 per hour.
Schedule:
