· Generate quarterly and annual reports for OTDA, and other reports as needed.

· Assist State Support attorneys and presenters with the planning and preparation of training materials.

· Coordinate all logistics of hosting meetings and legal trainings, including all technical aspects of hosting webinars (e.g., platform setup, presenter support, registration, and recordings), and for in-person trainings (e.g., room reservations, equipment setup, and on-site coordination)

· Work internally to support other administrative tasks related to trainings, such as processing expenses, billing for fee-for-service trainings, and processing honoraria.

· Support the production of a quarterly newsletter, including the design and distribution, the management of distribution lists, and the creation of webpages.

· Work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain and improve the Empire Justice DAP portal and website, including troubleshooting, updating content, and enhancing functionality.

· Provide administrative support to DAP Statewide Attorney Coordinators and assist with other communications as needed.

· Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, Policy, and Operations teams for DAP-related issues and projects.

· Demonstrate a high level of comfort and commitment to working with people from marginalized communities.

· Work closely with your assigned supervisor and participate in regular supervision meetings, including work plan development and grant deliverable management.

· Travel, as necessary.

· Please note that all positions will supervise other practice group members if needed.

· Due to limited resources, all staff are expected to perform administrative and other support-related duties to serve our clients and fulfill our mission as a non-profit legal services organization.

· Other duties as assigned by your supervisor and/or to meet the organization’s needs.

Experience and Attributes

· At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in data collection, analysis, and/or project coordination, is preferred.

· Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.
